Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to Mosvold Villa Ahangama, I found a serene refuge nestled amidst the stunning vistas of the Indian Ocean. The hotel not only boasts breathtaking views but also an intimate setting with only 12 rooms, allowing for a truly exclusive experience. The highlight of my stay was the delightful dining at Sundara, where I savored traditional Sri Lankan cuisine amidst lush greenery, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. This boutique hotel excels in service, the warm and attentive staff, particularly Sam, made all the difference in my stay, ensuring I was well taken care of. While the pricing was on the higher side, the experience of falling asleep to the sound of waves and enjoying a leisurely morning with panoramic views was worth it.
